My 22 YO daughter traded a 2023 Highlander Sport with 66,000 miles and $15,000 balance for a 2024 Chevy Traverse. Since the Toyota was in my daughter and my name as soon as I was made aware of the transaction (within 24 hrs) I went to the EDWARDS CHEVROLET 280 location and ask to buy my vehicle back for what they allowed on the trade plus a reasonable fee for their time and transactions. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Left the dealer within 2 miles got a death wobble. Bright back they sent it to an off road specialist. They replaced Track bar and said that is all it needed. Picked up vehicle and noticed popping when I hit bumps. After taking to my mechanic it needs extensive repairs to all front suspension and has a bad wheel bearing! It was definitely a quick process, however if you don’t check your paperwork they will attempt to get over on you. I had an issue with the warranty miles and price quoted and the 2nd key. They do not answer the phone, and you No longer exist to the salesman’s after the sale. I will NEVER buy at this location or another Chevy dealer again! Horrible customer service!
I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord with 38k miles. I purchased every warranty available for an additional $7k. This included lost key/remote fob, but it's only valid if they provide the initial 2 sets of keys. They only provided 1 set at the finalization of the purchase. I was told to use the warranty. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May. 2 days later the vehicle would not start. As it turns out the battery terminal was loose. I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ June of 2018. Brand new and I was inform that I had a 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. With in 2,000 miles my drivers lower seat custom developed a tear in the leather, I was asked by the service writer to wait and have it replaced closer to the end of my warranty and I did at 30,000 miles. Visit was for routine 5,000 mile service, but recall problem with the brakes was addressed also. It was all completed fast and efficiently, and I was out far quicker than what I expected.
The main issue is lack of response from Patrick on the missing spare tire and the back inside panel broken loose.. Only one set of keys as well. I had to send several email and leave messages just to get the address of finance company so I could send it to my car insurance The bottom line was no response from anybody. I have always had a good experience with Edwards Chevrolet since I bought my 2017 Chevy Colorado in June of 2017. I always get my oil changes and tire rotations done with Edwards and have always had an easy time placing an appointment. I have also had a good experience with the service people getting me in and out in a timely manner on the days I come in for service. I use T.J as my service tech and he has always been friendly and helpful to me. You don't find that everyday at a auto service place.

I had a damaged tire and needed a replacement. I was a bit late for my appointment, but was taken right in. They also checked the windshield washer sprayer. In and out in less than an hour and also ordered motor for the sprayer which came in next day.
